Juventus suffered a 3-2 defeat to Genoa on Saturday evening, practically ending their Scudetto hopes as they now trail Inter by ten points in the standings. However, Zdenek Grygera has insisted that Claudio Ranieri's men still have plenty to play for.

"It was really a pity we couldn't bring home any points. We must give our best from here to the finish line," the former Ajax player said to the Corriere dello Sport.

"There are still major commitments to be addressed, both in the championship where teams are chasing us and in the Coppa Italia, where we can reach the final."

Despite two disappointing results against Chievo and Genoa, the 28-year-old is certain his team can recover quickly. A necessity, since the Bianconeri take on league-leaders Inter next weekend in the Derby d'Italia.

"We are a group with great character and I am sure we can put the difficulties we have encountered in the last two matches behind us," he concluded.
